Perfect Equilibrium is a holistic wellbeing practice based in Chiswick, West London. We also take appointments at the Kite Clinic in New Bond Street.
Set up by Duncan and Emma Gunn, Perfect Equilibrium is a practice
specialising in hypnotherapy, NLP, sports mental toughness, stress
management, Doula services and Natal Hypnotherapy™. We also offer Advanced Usui Reiki healing and birth preparation consultancy services.
We treat every client as an individual and utilise the client's own
unique abilities and skills to enable the client to come to a positive
resolution to their issues. Our therapy method tends to be Cognitive
Behavioural Hypnotherapy, a powerful blend of Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy and Hypnotherapy but we have experience in other methods such
as Analytical and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
